A Little About the Pensacola Area:
Pensacola is located in Florida’s Western Panhandle and offers a variety of activities in and out of the water to residents. With more than 50 miles of shoreline along the Gulf of Mexico, Pensacola provides public water access – including boat ramps and beaches – for boating, swimming, fishing, and other water sports. Pensacola also boasts the Seville Historic District, one of the state’s oldest intact neighborhoods, and Old Christ Church, Florida’s oldest church built in 1832.
Downtown Pensacola also has a lot to offer residents and visitors alike. Numerous small shops are located in this historic area as well as assorted cafes, restaurants and galleries as well as antique stores and flea markets. University of West Florida, chosen by US News magazine as one of the nation’s best colleges and universities, is only one of the many excellent schools in the area. When you are buying a new home or refinancing your present one, it is wise to do some comparison shopping among lenders. A low interest rate isn't the only criterion by which to evaluate a loan. You should also consider the terms of the mortgage, what your closing costs will be and the reputation of the lender.
