Download Seller Disclosures
Once you decide to sell, you'll need to fill out one of these. Seller disclosures simply notify a buyer or potential buyer of any known defects or repairs. Most buyers want to see a completed seller disclosure form before submitting an offer on a property.

Lead Based Paint Disclosure
This is another part of the seller disclosures above. This form is only applicable to homes built pre-1978. This form is absolutley mandatory for any home that fits the criteria.

Hardship Package For a Short Sale
If you're working with us on a short sale, you'll need to fill out one of these. The package contains basic guidelines and spaces for the info we'll need to complete your short sale.

Tenant Application
